Spin on filter Adaptor which accepts any equivalent of a Wix 51970, This adaptor is to convert all Military B Series engines, the B40, B60 and B80 range, as fitted to Champs, Ferrets, Stalwarts, Saladins, Saracens, Humber 1 Tons, Pigs etc etc.
Note! this will not fit early Champ models, please check first,
As can be seen in the photos, at first glance it is hard to distinguish the spin on filter from the original metal cased filter, once you paint the spin on filter, it is easy to fit, and makes the task of changing the filter in the future so much easier, especially as the original cloth filters are getting so hard to get now.
Replacement filters are under the part number BG003
The adaptors are manufactured by Maple Leaf Adaptor, in Canada and are of a very high quality.
